Can we talk about the mississippi flooding?

I wanted to know by july does anybody think it will be safe to drive from manor Texas near austin tx to camilla Georgia on Highway I-10? I wanted to know if the flooding will be died down by then? Can somebody please help me to let me know. I know on I-10 u go through houston outskirt of baton rouge, lafayette, Pascagoula and know we could either go through montgomery alabama to hit Atlanta and drive down to camilla georgia or we could go through panama city top edge of tallahassee and go up and hit near albany. So do you think it would be safe for me I-10 and which route should I take. Which one sounds better for me to take ?
