Its about the trains in madrid?

Do trains run all night in Madrid during the summer? Like if I was thinking of going clubbing out and coming back at 4am would the train be safe for me and my friend (who's also early 20's) to catch from like the centre to like Alsacia station where the hotel would be? Are tjere any madrid outskirts to avoid or is it safe?
