What big city should I live in?

Im just about finished with high school, and Im starting to think about where I want to live. I know I want it to be a really big city. I want to feel like Im right where all of the action is. I dont want to feel out of touch at all. I also want a nice local college there to attend. And although I want to be in like the most up beat popular city, I would like it to be clean and nice. Not dirty and/or poor looking. I know that there is quite a few cities that could be considered "the most popular", so i guess im looking for which of those is cleanest. Also, I want it to have snowy winters and nice summers, friendly people, and an overall positive feeling. At least some parts of it need to be very vibrant lively, excpecialy at night, but also in the day. And i guess it would be nice to also have kind of a quiet and peaceful place to go, either in the outskirts or close outside. I dont know much about cities, because i dont travel much. This is why I need help. Thanks so much.
