Name ideas?? Please Help!?

So the other day i looked at someones question on Yahoo Answers.. It was asking what to do if abused.. i looked at the comments and there were more people who had been abused in early life.. now all i can think of is thank god im not them.. Im lucky.. && i always have been someone no body like because i wasnt popular.. but now i feel like well Im soo lucky thts not me. Soo i want to make a sermon about live life to your fulliest.. Dont hold back.. Whatz done is done.. && tht each one of us is lucky.. we need to pray for these kids and adults tht are being murdered and abused...
