Cost of living as a student from Liverpool to London?

You don't need a car in London. It will just be a hindrance. You can't park any where. the roads are congested and you must pay a �10 per day congestion charge to drive into central London. The public transport is excellent - dense and frequent. Getting rid of it will balance out the increased cost of living in London
