Depression help from someone?

Sing to Thor, Yah, Jesus, trees, and meditate. Sing to the birds. Sing to any sentient being. This gives me inner peace, joy, and love in my heart when I do it. This is the Light which outcast the darkness. It will lift you up when you please the gods or other beings. Keep singing until you have perfect inner peace in your heart.
