Do we really need to see a murder trial on t v?

i admit im hooked on this one. so bad i wait for them to recess so i can get a baloney sandwich. while were thinking, do we really need to see some poor sap have his car repoed by a bunch of obvious thugs, or even some young person with addiction problems being intervened by his family,. where is entertainment going. how far can it go. 40 years ago we watched ed sullivan ,i love lucy password,,the most violence you saw was on the news and it lasted 15 t0 30 minutes.....God save us!!!!
