If America is a white majority country, where are all the white people?

It depends on where you live. Indiana is more white than black - I got a big shock when I moved from mid-Indiana to southern Illinois. My high school went from 3 black kids to half the school being black. New Orleans houses a lot of black people, while mid-Ohio is mostly white. It varies.
