Just found out I'm moving to England...?

I used to live in Kensington when I was young, but now 11 years later I'm fifteen and living and California. By dad just told me we have to move back, this time the the outskirts of London. I am really not good with change and am having a freak out. I don't know the first thing about living there, so if you could give me any information, random facts that would be fabulous. Like what is the fashion like, what is a pound, what are the schools like.... I'm reaching out for advice from those who live there, studied there, have visited often.... You know. Thanks! I'm just nervous!
